My friend and I loved our trip to the Canadian Rockies and a ride aboard the Rocky Mountaineer . After hearing horror stories of people missing their flights we were so glad that Chuck booked us flights with nice long layover so we wouldn’t have to worry! There were a couple of glitches but they were solely the domain of the Rocky Mountain near people.

Chuck not only took care of all our needs and wishes, he provided an amazing selection of special gifts and complimentary services while on board the ship. I've never written a travel testimonial before, so I'll just tell you what I know. We've known Chuck for many years, and he has arranged other trips for us, but this was the first trip since he went into business with Cruise Planners. My family took a 16-day trip to Europe at the beginning of the summer for which Chuck organized, customized, and arranged every single detail. We were a group of 6 travelers, all over 16, and all our arrangements were wonderful!
The first part of our trip was on a Disney cruise (not our first trip with DCL) from Copenhagen to Dover (with Norway, Iceland, and Scotland on the itinerary), and then we finished up with 4 nights & 3 days in Paris. Chuck arranged all our airfare, cruise booking, and Port Adventures, as well as our travel from Dover to Paris, the sleeping accommodations in Paris, and most of the day trips we took while there, including - at our request - Disneyland Paris.
We were delighted with all the accommodations Chuck made, the professional handling of the details at the hotel, and he's already booked our next trip for us; not as grand this year, but when we get to Australia in two years, it'll be because Chuck has smoothed the way for us!
